The lounge has comfortable seating well placed to take in the view of the blue water of Mercury Bay and a cosy window seat next to the gas fireplace - a lovely spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean, take an afternoon nap in the sun or read your holiday book. There’s also a dining table and seating.
A wrap-around, partly covered, verandah has plenty of space to relax on the loungers, or have a meal. A BBQ is also conveniently located for use rain or shine.
Plenty of parking is available using the grass areas, in front of the garage or along the left side of the driveway (leaving space on the right for access to the rear property.)
A short 350m walk to Brophy’s beach (aka Ohuka Beach), a quick drive over the hill to the surf of Simpson’s beach, or a 40mins stroll along the flat path following the beach (or a short drive) to town, this is a real home away from home.
